A Kruse is entertaining fans during the coronavirus pandemic. He released his new single, "Austin Freestyle" on all music streaming platforms on March 22nd.
After returning to Connecticut from Austin, Texas last week, A Kruse decided to write an original freestyle dedicated to the lone star state. Due to the coronavirus outbreak, Kruse was unable to perform at this years' South by Southwest festival.
"They canceled but we lived life for a few days," says Kruse.
Kruse says an hour before he wrote "Austin Freestyle," he was on Instagram Live when a few fans were asking him to freestyle some bars. This later inspired the New London rapper to write and later release a solid fire track.
Kruse says if his single "goes crazy" with the number of online streams, he hopes to release an accompanying music video. "If you haven’t checked out "MAMBA" definitely do that I promise whatever the next visual is will be well worth the wait," says Kruse.
Will A Kruse return to Texas for another music festival?
"I plan to go back [to Texas] for next years' SXSW. If not, I’ll go again because the people out there show major love," says Kruse.
"Austin Freestyle" can be heard on Soundcloud.
