AnUrbanNerd releases his new single, "Therapy."

Over a chill hip-hop beat, the rapper and poet touches on an unnamed protagonist who is trying to escape the demons in his head. As a way to "escape the fate," the protagonist searches for a way to release the demons in the form of rapping.

"So the mixes of emotions slowly manifest themselves on the page, eject the rhyme up, my mind in a written rage," AnUrbanNerd raps over the song.

"Breathing heavily as I empty my thoughts, I start to relapse. But the bars keep forming right back, I think I'm having a relapse."
